An Osmo Mobile costs about a hundred dollars and makes your existing phone footage steady, which is the main thing separating amateur walkthrough video from watchable walkthrough video. The Pocket 3 costs about four hundred and adds a one inch sensor, which is a real advantage in dim hallways and at dusk where phone footage falls apart. It is also one less thing to set up, and it never rings mid take.

You shoot listing walkthroughs every week and the interiors are not brightly lit. Electronic stabilisation crops the frame and struggles with the slow low frequency sway of walking through a house, which is exactly what a mechanical gimbal is built to remove. On a short handheld clip you may not need one. On a two minute continuous walkthrough you will see the difference.
Audio, consistently. Viewers tolerate mediocre video and abandon bad sound. If the budget is limited, a wireless lavalier microphone changes the perceived quality of your videos more than either of these purchases.
